Our Mission
It is our responsibility to make sure every Get is 100% valid and you are as comfortable as possible in the process.
All Gittin are done with the supervision and counsel of some of the greatest Get administrators in the USA and Israel.
Opening a Case
- Must be living separately and have exhausted all means of rehabilitating their marriage before opening a case.
- Fill out the form.
- We will contact you within 24 hours. All cases begin with a video conference to discuss the nature of the get, overview of the procedure, and names of the parties
- Payment is due at the get.
- The process usually takes 1.5 hours, so each party should bring work or something to do while the get is being written and signed. It is highly encouraged for each party to bring along a friend, family member, or rabbi for emotional support and to help pass the time.This is especially true for the wife, as there will be many men in the room between the rabbis and husband’s side.
- If it is too challenging for the couple to be in the room at the same time together for the duration or direct delivery of the get, arrangements can be made for the get to be delivered by agent.
Fees
A standard get with both parties present is $800.
Since a Get by agent (shelichut) entails more logistical planning and coordination, the fee is $1000 but potentially higher depending on travel and other complications that may arise.

The Bet Din reserves the right to not release certificates of divorce until payment is made in full.
